***think I'll be changing the name real soon***
Hi - in case you are stopping by and notice some changes - or a mess of miss matched paper, white spaces, pink spaces or perhaps only the beak of a bird.....you might wonder what the heck I'm doing....I signed up for a new class at Jessica Sprague called Blog Design Basics for Beginners....that's me! You aren't suppose to start with your blogger header first but I'm too tired to start from the beginning but I was so excited to learn something new, it was one little piece that I could try. Don't you just love the bird and the iron scroll? They are from Studio Gypsy - Tell me a Story.
So keep watching and see how this space transforms over the next few days, or perhaps weeks!
Thanks for stopping by!

Colour Challenge Day 190
It's a colour challenge at 365 Cards...I'm colour challenged quite often - I like to buy my paper in groups and lots of times I'm not sure if they go or not...this is still one of those cards.....
Here is the colour scheme that Pam posted:
So I tried to keep as close as possible to them - I used some Bazzil card stock in the 2 blue colours and the purplish colour is some basic grey patterned paper, the green is fancy pants and the pink is making memories - I inked the card with a dark blue and stamped clouds on the light blue using versa mark, the butterflies are a quick kutz die and the circles are from the wings, glued on and I added some diamond glaze to help them pop! This is as close to the colour scheme as I can get!
Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful week!

Hugs 4 You....
Day 189 at 365 Cards today is a super sketch by Pam...
Oops...her sketch is going in the wrong direction (wink, wink) - I don't know why but I turn it around and around until an idea pops into my head!
Here is my card - see I followed the sketch -

I used Bazzil for the base and the white, also embossed it with swiss dots , the patterned paper is basic grey, the metal clips are stampin up (sent to me by the lovely Amy T, yikes that reminds me have yet to post FLASHBACK FRIDAY V2) and the wooly I think might also be from Basic Grey - not quite sure. I think I matched the sketch pretty good. Now this is a special card going to the parents of Alison of Stretch N Bubbles and FreeDigital Stamp - they are going through a difficult time and cards will hopefully lift up their spirits - after all....how many do we have in our card box - it's great to be able to send them and share them!
Well thanks for stopping by - one more day left of this great last long weekend of summer!

Divide & Conquer @ 365 Cards
Day 188 at 365 Cards - divide & conquer - create 6 separate sections on your card.....well I knew I had some time today to make a card, just didn't plan on having it divided up in 6 equal parts - I'm not one for straight lines and exact measurements - I like things to have lots of straight lines but have a skewed placement...HOWEVER...here is my card for todays challenge - digi image by Elizabeth Dulemba (notice I left her name right on the image..lol...I had already done the exact measurements and didn't think white out would look good on the card), mm paper for the apron and card, bazzil card stock for the base - the image was coloured with copics, along with the ribbon - oh buttons are basic grey.
